Bathroom in my room had pink mold in the tub/shower, and the shower curtain had old stains on it. The trash cans in the lobby and outside of the elevators were overflowing with trash. I've stayed in Hyatt hotels in the past and by far this was the poorest condition I have seen one of their property's be in. I would not recommend this hotel to others or friends.

Our room was super humid, even though I had the AC super cold. My meds in gel caps dissolved due to the humidity. Breakfast was watery, rubbery eggs, flacid, boiled sausage patties, and something else i didnt even bother looking at. Elevators smelled like weed. Kids were running down the halls at 1030p. Was supposed to have cleaning service the 3rd day, but they only refilled towels; no toiletries. Disappointed and will not stay at another Hyatt. Plus, parking was $32 a night ?!?! When I asked about other parking, the front desk woman was rude. Never. Again.

I specifically found and booked this hotel with a nice indoor pool for our weekend with a guest in town and when we got there after I checked in they told me both the pool and gym were not open because they were under renovations. It was really frustrating that they weren’t clear up front.
