“The room was clean and everything worked. The drains drained and the fridge cooled as well as the AC. The manager was also kind. Thank you!”

“Check in staff was very sweet! Everything is nice and comfy and clean. It has old carpet though, smells funny and feels like a super 8 thlugh. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. I specifically chose a hotel that had breakfast but this hotel did not. They offered 2 packaged pastry options as breakfast. It was a muffin or a honeybun. They should advertise as no breakfast and then put those 2 pastries out as complimentary treats if they want.”

“This was a great location for my visit to Kankakee. Lots of restaurant and store options. The staff was very helpful and kind. I booked my trip through Expedia, and I booked a king bed room, but the hotel was kind enough to call me back to notify me that Expedia overbooked the room and they were able to offer a different option for me if I was okay with that. Which I was very happy, thankful, and greatful for that. Hotel also had a great breakfast option. ”

“Took over 30 minutes on the phone with VRBO when we didn't get the entry code after check in time. There were multiple things broken and garbage all around. It's a shame because we liked the property and were going to try to make the best of it, but ended up leaving early after the kitchen flooded”

“The apartment was nicely furnished! The neighborhood was quiet. Stayed in the spring. Wasn’t at the apartment much other than to sleep. Enjoyed some local eats within a couple of miles.”

“This is where I stay when traveling with my 80+ year old mother. There is a single step up from the back parking lot into the apartment then everything is level. The neighborhood is quiet even though I saw numerous children. Gas, groceries, and shopping are close. Clean and well stocked. We will absolutely stay here again.”

“Wonderful spot and Rob was a great host and was very helpful with everything. A little more focus on the cleaning ( especially outside on the terrace / bbq) would be recommendable. Otherwise a great place to stay.”

Our favorite feature was the washer and dryer! I have a mold allergy and this made our stay so much easier. I had no breathing issues there!”
