“对于滑雪爱好者来说酒店位置很好，可以skiin&skiout，旁边的雪道不错，周围雪具租借、滑雪学校、餐厅都有，就是价格较贵。酒店硬件有些旧了，订的四人住的房间里面是一张大床和一个沙发可拉开的沙发床。沙发床舒适度一般，无法让滑雪后的人好好睡个好觉恢复体力。而且房间内的空调、厨房水、浴室热水等设备过段时间就会启动操作一段时间，操作时声音很响，而且轮番启动，睡觉时真的很吵。房间隔音不好，感觉楼上的住客又经常穿着雪鞋在房间里不断的溜达，不胜其烦。酒店的服务没怎么感受到，housekeeping早晨8点多就来敲门要打扫房间，跟服务员说大概30分钟后可以打扫，结果一天活动结束回来后发现房间竟然跟离开时一样，无奈”

“Every one working here is so nice and kind! the only complaint i have is the rooms feel stale. like no good air circulation. i opened the window but it only opens a tiny bit. so if the window can open wider that would help alot!”

“I arrived at the hotel to find that the company had sold my room 2x and someone else was staying in my room. I called several times and spent hours trying to get on the phone to sort it out and get my refund. I ended up having to pay more to get in a room that was more expensive at the hotel because of this which inconvenienced me and my family. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND 4-5 days later.
