I initially had small issues like my password not working with their wifi, a misunderstanding about their pet fee (I was told over the phone that it was only $5.00, then told it was $50 upon check-in). Then when I left a message with their Operations Mgr., I never got a call back. In the end, upon check out, Sandy, the frondesk lady straightened everything out and saved the day. Hotel facilities though were outstanding.
