“We loved the view, and the location was great for access to the beach, restaurants and hwy 101. The linens, bed pillows, and towels were stained, and the bed and furniture was uncomfortable but otherwise we had everything we needed for our stay. For the price, and the view, it was worth it”

“Overall, the hotel is very nice and the unit looks out over the boats and bay. The area has a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. the only takeaway was that our 1 bedroom unit with a king bed had a mattress that had poor support on the right side which caused back aches. It needs to be replaced.”

“The property was perfect for our needs. Very clean but not an overwhelming odder from cleaning products. No carpet is a big plus for our family. The accommodations felt warm and inviting. The only negative I can see at all is the checkout time of 10am is a bit early, 11 would be much better.”

“The place is so close to everything. A block from the beach and walking distance to the prom and all the shops and restaurants. Extremely dog friendly. Plenty of parking.”

“We enjoyed our stay, we did have to clean the hot tub, it didnt have any clorine and the water was green with algae. There was no laundry soap and bleach. The house was nice, it was big. The kiddos loved the gaming room, pacman was fun. They also enjoyed ping pong. The toilet in the master bedroom was hard to flush. I also had to clean under the oven in the warming rack. There was a lot of crumbs. Just minor cleaning things, other then that we enjoyed the house. We appreciated the close access……
