"The room is tiny , even smaller than a motel, you can barely open a 29inch suitcase in the room. And the first thing i notice whe i enter the room is a used tissue on the table. The fan in the bathroom won't close once opened unless continue running for 30min, and the hotel staff just call that "normal". "

"The hotel room is comparatively small in size, without a formal wardrobe. The shower room is without door, so we had to be very careful during showering, otherwise water would splash outside the shower room, even though there is trench drainage installed. Also, the wash basin is very small, unavoidably leading to the splashing of water on the floor. The above plus the slippery bathroom tiles made me slip on the floor. As stated in the reservation record issued by the Hotel.com. as a Silver member, I could be entitled to the benefit of "1 Free beverage per person for 2 (once per stay)", but to my disappointment, I have not been given any vouchers for enjoying this benefit.
