Only two complaints are the AC shutting down with no movement and getting hot ( especially at night ) and restaurant / pool bar not serving food until later in the day but they did waive the resort fees for us.
All in all 9/10 and would stay there again.

Easy to check in early, room was always clean when we returned, it was quiet, throughout the property. Enjoyed myself

It’s a hotel with sliding glass doors on the 10th floor with no balcony. Absolutely useless and dangerous with small kids . Only one elevator worked. The soundproof is horrible. Everyone kept shutting the door at night and I couldn’t sleep at all. I must have woke up at least 10 times through out the night

It was a nice resort. Even still under construction in certain parts of the property. Very nice staff. Once this place has everything finished from construction it’ll be very pleasant. I’d stay here again.
