Even before I entered the building I was trespassed off the property. The guard walked over to me and said "I told you never to come back". Then threatened to arrest me if I did not leave. Since I have never been there before it was obviously a case of mistaken identity. Regardless I lost my 198.00 reservation money. When I called the hotel and told them of my problem they hung up on me. Beyond unprofessional. I am going to be 75 in a couple of weeks, when he physically assaulted me, if I would have been younger and in better congition I would have defended my self physically. i thought the hotel would have protected me, but they just added salt to the wound by being disrespectful on the phone. Terrible and expensive lesson for me. We will never be back.
