From the outside it looks nice but Don't be fooled like i was because the inside its Dirty. I went to check in at the front desk & was asked if i was here for ABB? Which was weird but i let it slide. Got myself checked in & headed to my room. This room was the thing of nightmares the furniture was old the utensils dirty the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned but i tried to push thru i mean you get what you pay for i guess. I was trying to stay posetive & look on the brightside location was close to universal park & i had a balcony. The balcony wouldn't lock i was on the second floor and i could really reach the bars from the outside. How am i going to feel safe knowing that I'm going to be out & about and someone can just climb up my balcony & steal my stuff. I immediately called the front desk and they very promptly sent a nice older gentleman to try & fix that issue. All while a very loud noise was coming from the toilet. I asked the maintenance guy if he could check it out. He took the top of the toilet & it was all rusted & yellow DISGUSTING. Unfortunately could not fix that either he didn't have the part. So i just sat there on the bed thinking this is not a great way to start a vacation. Once again lets try to look on the brightside i grabbed the remote to watch the basketball game no cable channels. Just tv. I called to switch rooms & are waiting 25 min they switched buildings & got me on a higher floor only to find out the shower doesn't work. I had enough!
