"Phenomenal. Incredible architecturally significant property with top-quality gourmet restaurant offering mind blowing tasting menu. Staff is absolutely the best it can be. Best service and food there is. Must see and experience to believe. "
"The hotel overall is an amazing property with outstanding views. A very nice front desk guy Cande "Papi" helped me a lot and was very diligent to try to give an excellent service.
I had an upgrade do that the AC wasn't working in the room I was assigned to.
Breakfast was very good and the Capuchinos were amazing.
Bathroom ok, but dirty dirty shower. "

5/5 Excellent
Excellent airport accommodation
"We spent the night before our morning flight and it was comfortable and clean room.
The pizza shop is just downstairs and we did a carry out and ate in the comfort of our room. Good affordable pizza.
The breakfast is good and the shuttle service is excellent.
I would stay again. "

"Super easy to take the airport shuttle-- text or call the hotel to tell them you are coming, and go to Arrivals area 10. Beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff. Sweet hotel bar with small terrace. Breakfast served starting from five AM -- totally unheard of in Italy! I would not stay anywhere else. And yes, it is out of town-- as are ALL the airport hotels. It's no different from Paris, New York, Toronto, Rome, or any large city, and the train into Milan from the airport and back is simple and inexpensive."

Might be the best hotel we've ever stayed in. Defi
"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff actually came out to our car to greet us and took our luggage directly to the room. We were welcomed very warmly. The staff all spoke perfect English, which I certainly don't expect when I travel abroad but it makes the stay much easier. We had a wonderful dinner and their restaurant that night and the second night we ate at a restaurant day recommended it was also excellent. We didn't lift a finger. The staff arranged for us to take a boat out on the lake, answered all of our questions, they really went above and beyond. We're going back next year and staying in the same hotel. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them an 11!"
