The Centara Grand Osaka is located in a safe and well-heeled neighborhood and it is within walking distance of Namba station where you will find the coolest cafes, restaurants, and fashion brands. This beautiful property features luxury rooms that are modern and minimalistic design. Great check in experience. Friendly, polite and professional staff at the reception and concierge desk. Miku was also very helpful, pleasant and professional. The room and the entire hotel is very clean. The king size bed is comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Fantastic hotel situated close to Namba Walk and Dotonbori but without the chaos or noise. First class service and facilities. Only gripe is no laundry facility on-site which would have made this the best hotel we’ve stayed.

Great location only 5 min walk to the station. The beds were extremely comfortable and equipped with toiletries. The breakfast buffet has large variety of options and dinner at Kunsei Kitchen was 10/10. I highly recommend staying here :)

The King Corner room on premium floor was amazing with fantastic views. The rainfall shower was wonderful. Easy walking distance to key areas and public transportation.

Beautiful hotel just a short walk to Namba station and Dotonbori. The room was spacious with a great view of the city, however the bed was quite uncomfortable. The rooftop restaurant also had a spectacular view but food and drinks were overpriced.
