“Considering the price to stay in a hotel, this is an affordable place to stay with an amazing location. Close to many attractions, restaurants and waterfront. Richard was very responsive in all communications. The place was clean and well equipped with everything you need. The only suggestion I would make is that it would have been nice to have a few more bath towels and kitchen linens. Also, the couch isn’t that comfortable, but honestly, we expected that. “I brought my children, parents, and best friend with his son along on an overnight trip to Toronto. This house was the perfect relaxation location after touring Toronto all day. The furniture is comfortable, the hot tub is relaxing, and the fireplace adds such a cozy touch to the living room/kitchen area. We really enjoyed this property and would absolutely recommend!”

“Had the weather been better, this would have been a perfect stay - it's a great location to walk around (sadly it rained/snowed for most of our visit). We had minor issues with broken furniture but other than that the house was great! Easy check in and clean.”

“Just one recommendation.... The tub in hall bathroom upstairs, very slippery. The tub seems to be on a slant, easy to slip. Maybe place a slip resistance mat in tub. They are about $4.00 at Dollarama Other than that, loved the area. Best part... Loved the Birds singing and chirping outside”

“Brand new, with spacious great room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. This home is clean, nicely furnished, and stocked with all you need to cook, dine, and relax. We were able to bring our small, 7 lb dog and he slept well in his crate and went outside on his leash. Back deck and fence are not yet completed. Quiet neighborhood is a short drive to shopping or the beautiful beachside boardwalk. Homeowner responded primptly to enquiries.”

“Check in was very difficult and communication was poor. 3 days before I got a “keys to your trip” email that was only general reservation info and nothing about check in or parking. Day of I messaged the host about parking and it took hours to get back so since we were already in Toronto we paid to park about 10 minutes away. There is however a parking garage which would have been nice. Day of I got the check in message on VRBO which had everything except the key code to get the keys out of the……
