“We had 2 families, 5 kids and 4 adults altogether, and had a lovely time. The house is tidy has a nice view of the lake from the east side. The kitchen has almost everything you need. The bedrooms are perfect for 2 families with kids.”

This cottage is very close to quite a few great NY State parks. House just as described in the listing, everything in good working order. Good information provided for checking in/out. We had a great time here. Easily one of the best places we have stayed with the kids.”

“The property is not waterfront, and I am not sure that it had access to the lake across the street, but the time of year kept that from being a problem. The area was pretty empty and quiet. The property had some work going on with some debris around. Inside had some work going on as well. No curtains would be a big problem had there been neighbors around, but since there weren't any, it worked out fine. The place hadn't been cleaned very well. There were dead flies on almost every windowsill.……

This hotel represents the jewel among thorns as it seems to be the only place that is standardized and attractive in Cazenovia . The bedroom is roomy and the bed comfortable; the bathroom is clean and cold and hot waters flow with no glitches for showers; there are a microwave, a small fridge, a sink……
