“Rooms are ok with Real 2 beds. The hotel is well located, public transports closed and shopping mall. However breakfast is awful and horrible: limited choice, breakfast room is small and noisy, and food is only if there is no choice ”

“The room is comfortable and clean. However, only disposable tableware is used for breakfast, which is not eco-friendly. The location is easy to access and in a walkable distance to Byward Market. The only drawback is there are a lot of homeless on the street but they didn’t appear to be threatening. ”

“This hotel is so amazing! Everyone on staff is friendly, happy and such a pleasure to deal with. If we needed assistance they were genuinely happy to help. The Front Office Supervisor Ge, introduced himself to us early on in our stay and was always around to greet us, ask if we needed anything, etc. Clearly a positive influence on his staff! I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. ”

“Stay was pleasant - our last two stays we’ve ended up with a room near the elevators - not entirely peaceful! Check in is chaotic- they have three staff one line and it takes far too long to check in with no crowd control- a bit silly really. Food we ordered was a bit on the rubbery reheated side of ‘fresh’ ”

“Nice room - was double beds not queen size as expected however we were very comfortable. Really enjoyed being able to get coffee and a bite in the morning - very well stocked and clean facilities. I would definitely go back!”
