“We had 9 people staying at the house 6 adults and 3 kids. The house was stocked with clean towels and sheets. Everyone slept comfortably. It was fine for the weekend.”

“Let me just say this rental was way more than we could have expected. There were 9 in our party and we had plenty of room. The kids and young adults loved the downstairs and spent most of their time there. The two bathrooms were adequately stocked with towels and toiletries for us. The host reached out several times during our short two-day stay to make sure we had settled in and to make sure we didn't need anything!! The location was perfect not too far from anything. Quiet neighborhood!!!”

“Comfy beds, 9/10 on cleanliness, wish the kitchen had more supplies and better coffee. No shampoo or conditioner available (I forgot mine), but it’s a big house, lots of room, loved the room with the extra air conditioner (I have achy joints and can’t sleep unless it’s cool), easy check in, but a huge delay between communications (4 hours) he let us check out a half hour later which was appreciated. Overall I could sleep and we had plenty of room and the price was right.”

“Great property and location. This older home has been beautifully updated. Some quirkiness because it is an older home - but that’s to be expected. We had no problems with the home and it was a perfect home away from home!”

“The inside of the house is updated, clean and has everything you need. It's in an older somewhat run down neighborhood that is park on the street only, meaning, no driveway.”

“The house was roomy and in a convenient location for our stay. Close to the highway and easy access to the local towns. Only complaint was there were minimal towels available and 1/2 bath had paper towel dispenser instead of towel bar for a hand towel, which was not the best to dry my face after nighttime washing. The thermostat automatically changed back to 63 every night, so had to keep an eye on that as it was quite chilly when we were there.”

“We were very pleased with the house, entry and exit were very easy! The house was clean and tidy and there was plenty of room to park two trucks. The only down side was that the neighbors were not very respectful late at night with revving car engines at 3:00am and some drunken shouting at the same time. That in no way was our hosts fault. Couple things that could be addressed inside was a light over the sink, another on over the coffee area and the light over the stove did not work. We hope……

“The house was drafty, the front upstairs bedroom had NO heat going to it, there is no insulation so the floors are freezing and the laundry was in the dungeon of a basement. The leaky toilet was obvious since there was blue on the toilet and floor & there was no hot water for showers. There needs to be more than one tv in the house and needs to have basics like a hairdryer & pam spray with some basic spices. The back bedroom’s bed is hard as a rock. I don’t normally write reviews but the whole……

“Place was even nicer than the pictures of you can believe it. It was great location for the basketball tournament at Spooky Nook. Host was very responsive and helpful with answers to any questions. Would definitely stay agai!”

“We had just the four of us, but we were so impressed by the amount of beds and how beautiful this home was! We loved the fenced in back yard and deck, Our family came over and there was plenty of parking and everyone said how beautiful the home was inside, We loved how the property was so convenient to everything around, an how easy it was for groceries to be delivered and local food places! The host was so kind to message us often to check on us and every question was easily and quickly……

“nice place to rest and enjoy some down time, quiet neighborhood and a nice place to take a walk, we also enjoyed a breakfast place and bbq spot that was a 10 min walk. clean and well equipped do recommend.”

“Moved our daughter back into her apartment and the hot tub and pool were so relaxing after a long day. The nearby field was lit up with fireflies…which was fantastic. Another nice stay here!”
