“Perfectly acceptable no-contact lodgings for the price, with the benefit of walkability to central Oxford (if you're a good walker). The management was accessible by phone. The procedure for accessing the building and the room (once you are present on the site of the hotel) was clear. Two small suggestions: (1) stop relying on the app to verify identity, as not everyone has a phone that it works on. (2) if you tell guests the kitchen has coffee making facilities etc., make sure the kitchen……

“The room was clean and the bathroom had been recently remodeled. Checking in was a bit difficult with the management not on premise. The owners are making efforts to upgrade the property and could spend some time tidying up the front parking area and entry which is not very inviting. ”

“The booking coupon was printed that there's shower for bathing room, but actually my designated room was not the case. However, I was upgraded to an en suite. Thanks be to the manager. But, the shower place was so small and the shower head was fixed on the ceiling. There's no movable shower head. It led a bad bathing experience. Anyway, the room was very clean and very comfortable.”

“感覺衛生情況可以更好，剛入住就有小蟑螂歡迎我，被子上有不屬於我的頭髮，其他的地方包括浴室目測都算乾淨。 淋浴間偏小，矮小身形的我一轉身不注意酒會撞到。 旅館有一段歷史時間了，所以格局改變是有困難，可以理解，大致保養都挺好的，還帶有一番風味。 費用包括簡單的早餐。地理位置方便的。 總體性價比不算高，如果價格稍微下調就好了。”

“Practical code check in. Nice with a small kitchen available Carpet needs replacing, it was not clean upon arrival. Could have cleaned better in the bathroom too. Someone downstairs was smoking, which filled the entire stairwell, had to went our room as well. Good location for tourists, as it lies in walking distance of Christ Church.”

“The listing advertised a hot tub, sadly there wasn’t one, which was most disappointing. One of the bedroom doors could not be closed due to the bed frame, the double bed was extremely uncomfortable. And the grass needs cutting. This could be a fantastic apartment if these issues were addressed. Sadly we cut our stay short by leaving a day earlier. The communication with the host and the cleanliness of the apartment was excellent.”
