very nice room, wonderful meals (breakfast and dinner). excellence view from room and peaceful surronding. but the safe in room was broken. and not very good shower head, although it was working.

Horrible Service

Upon arrival, we were looking for a parking space and the horrible experience started at the same time. There were 2 car parks. One was right in front of the hotel and the other one was a uphill car park. Actually there were some spaces but all of them were literally occupied 2 spaces by 1 vehicle, and some of them even not parking at a parking space. Therefore, we had to go to the uphill car park. There was a very tiny road for vehicles to go up to the uphill car park but one of the car was not parking in a parking space so the road was even smaller than it should have been. Since that moment. I realised that people could park anywhere they wanted to. However, as one of our car was a SUV so it was difficult for us to pass through the little gap between the car and the tree on the tiny road. Of course, then we complained this to the reception staff while we check-in and their reply was it was impossible that we couldn't get through as they just saw a car bigger than mine squeezed through the gap. They just did not care accident would happen and they asked their customers to try their best to risk their properties. More importantly, their attitude was so poor. I also told them some of the cars were not literally parked in a space and they said they tried to contact the drivers and none of them were in the hotel. Real? None of them? JUST DONT LIVE IN THIS HOTEL AND THE RATING IS FAKE.
