“Not a bad stay overall. Nice location opposite the police headquarters and courthouse. Friendly staff. Brianna the hostess was very nice. The suite was very large. The only thing is that the carpet needs changing. The continental breakfast wasn't appetizing but there's food all around the area. But all in all it was an enjoyable stay.”

“We stayed at the New Dawn for a Memorial Service. The setting on the water was so peaceful and private, yet easy access for those of us traveling by public transportation from Manhattan and La Guardia airport. We had chairs lined up facing the water for a Celebration of Life Ceremony. The whole downstairs layout was just wonderful with indoor and outdoor areas for people to gather, sharing memories and grief. “There are a few things I want to say but to be fair I’ll say this one if you are over 5’9” don’t do it I’m lucky I don’t have a concussion I’m 6’1” and hit my head numerous times, as a oversized couple the bed besides being up against the wall was questionable in support of two people so I spent my time on the couch which one had stains and an Odor, and the better of the two was caving in the middle. The so-called kitchenette, is just a fridge and a microwave so we had to eat out all week and……

“Property was very clean and comfortable . We were able to walk to the UBS Arena within 10 minutes , which was very convenient and economical as parking is pricey . Having offstreet parking was so helpful . Ahmed answered all of my questions and his suggestions were helpful . Excellent diner , deli and bakery nearby ! Would highly recommend”

“Since it was first time with VRBO, I was a little nervous about the whole process going into it. Rob was great to answer questions and deal with both myself and my granddaughter.It was an ideal location for visiting the Hudson River Valley and along the coast to Newport. We flew into White Plains and it is just a 20 minute ride away. The apartment was clean and convenient. We only ate 3 meals in 5 days away from there. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice. I liked the shower……
