Small home with big offerings including beautiful decor, kitchen that a chef could prepare meals in, amazingly comfortable mattresses, stunning views, tranquil beach and every item you may need. Pacific City and the area offer small town excellence in dining and shopping. A gem for sure.”

“This house is in a remarkable location. We had a few perfectly clear sunsets we could enjoy simply standing on the balcony. The beach is also just about 25 years away. There were 12 of us and had plenty of space and we had a really wonderful time. That said, I will always try to avoid staying in Vacasa managed homes. It was a great deal for the price but I'm not sure I'd choose to go back. I wouldn't describe it as clean or cozy but great for a long weekend on the coast.”

“Pros: Right on the beach! Amazing view! Nice open concept living area! Plenty of room! Exactly what you would expect from a beach house! Every kitchen item you would need! One of many houses available in this gated community, private! Beach fire allowed on the lower beach (at time of visit). Cons: House could use some love. Rebar sticking out of sand directly in front of deck HUGE HUGE safety issue!! Our 3 night stay needed more TP, major electrical issues in main bathroom, tub faucet on……

“Just what I expected. I read the reviews. I new that the property needed paint, had some wear and tear. I new the home was large and could accommodate my large family. It was close to the ocean. Two of the 4 bathrooms had no privacy, but it was an easy work around with signs, I’m not sure that the locks worked in the other restrooms?? Kitchen has two dishwashers and sinks, which was nice. Washer and dryer was great. Internet was slowish. Overall it was great for our not picky family. Especially……

“We were delighted to find that the property had received an upgrade in amenities since the pictures we saw. It's quite large and spacious, even our group of 11 felt comfortable. Lots of fun to be had in the arcade, and the hot tub and sauna are a nice bonus. Easy walk to the beach, lots of nice outdoor views nearby. Easy house rules, great experience overall.”

While We had some very therapeutic moments as a family to cry together, and also provided us the opportunity to share wonderful memories and celebrate his beautiful daughter.
