“A little eclectic reflecting the owner's Hollywood past. Quiet. Great WiFi. My only suggestion is to bring a plug-in smoke detector. Didn't see one. (No gas hookups so no carbon monoxide issues). Location, Location, Location! Wonderful host !”

“We had a great time at this place--it was as described. Lots of light coming into the living room/dining room area--central to our get-togethers. We enjoyed the backyard with the hot tub and pool. I walked down to the beach or explored the beautiful neighborhood every day. We would definitely stay here again.”

“If you are looking for a great getaway spot close to LA, but you want to feel like you are nowhere close to the city, this is the spot for you. The home was beautiful and private. My fiancee and I spent a night after our engagement at this property and it was everything I was looking for and more. The Topoanga town is great to explore as well. Samantha was responsive, very accommodating to my needs, and had a great attitude throughout the whole process. I would come back!”
