“It’s my second time staying at this establishment, and I’ve been happy with both experiences. The hosts are friendly and easy to reach. The rooms and beds are as advertised. Bed was comfortable and clean. There are shared bathrooms and kitchen. The guest house is conveniently located in Koreatown and close to the freeway (if you drive; plus you can pay for gated parking for $5/night or street park for free) and close to bus stop. The place is certainly an economical option but I got my money’s……

“Dream location in my fave area of LA, close to supermarkets, trendy coffee shops and bars and cute restaurants. So peaceful and clean, with parking in the back! Perfect, I will stay there again!”

“Didn’t know what quite to expect and I was absolutely stunned at how quaint and easy to park this was. This is an older house in a neighborhood that has been transformed into a guest house, but fit our needs to a T. If you’re not looking for something fancy-schmancy, I highly recommend.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed my 5-day stay at Sanborn Guest House. Gary and Jaime have thought of everything you need for your stay. They are wonderful hosts and really knowledgeable about the local area. I stayed in the Sanborn Room, which is very comfortable and decorated with eclectic items from Gary and Jaime's travels. It's good having the separate sitting area with a lounge, a couple of chairs, and a coffee table, as well as access to the shared kitchen. The off-street secure parking is a bonus……

Great neighborhood, easy access to the highways. Can walk or get a ride anywhere in the area. Clean, great setup, great view. One of the best I’ve ever stayed in.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Colin and Susan’s guest suite, we found ourselves wishing we had gotten to spend more time at the property itself! The hot tub and hammock overlooking the mountains were amazing amenities, we had so much fun horseback riding with Colin and Maura, and the suite was exactly as pictured. Susan even provided some basic groceries in the fridge. Highly recommend, wonderful hosts of a wonderful property!”
