“Rustic, authentic Adirondack Lake House with plenty of room for the family. Plenty of outdoor equipment including a great dock to fish off of. Indoors was cozy with plenty of warming options on chilly nights and rainy days. Kitchen was well equipped and very spacious. Multiple dining areas including a very nice sun porch. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for authentic lake house experience.”

“My friend and I spent 4 nights in this beautiful historic place and loved it. The owners are very friendly and helpful and the place is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The place was well-stocked with everything we needed and even included nice surprises like plush bath robes. The location is ideal. We liked being across from the Beekman mercantile and a coffee shop, and a short drive from other towns including Cooperstown. We would love to visit again!”

“The place is nice, it reminds me of my grandmother's home. There are modern conveniences, but that’s the vibe. The stairs aren’t terrible, but a bit much. Apartment is on the third floor. There is a chair lift thing, but it only goes to the second floor. There are rails on both sides to hold on to from second to third floor; just on one side from first to second (chair lift). “We booked/ paid for this house and when we called for check in process, we were told that the host lives in the house. The host acted as if the listing was taken off vrbo and they didn't know about the booking. I asked about a refund then and they seemed like it wouldn't be an issue. I hurried off the phone to contact the people that were currently en route to re direct them to a new location that I had to hurry and source. “Chris's property is clean , comfortable and well lit. I felt completely safe going in and out of the property. It was an upscale rv to me, as I have often stayed in hotels. “We had a wedding about 10 minutes from the property and it was perfect for us and our college kids to meet up. Spacious and a wonderful, quiet location for us to relax before the wedding. Plenty of space for us all to get ready and sleep comfortably. The back deck was great for us to have a few cocktails and enjoy to beautiful weather. It had rained a lot and even snowed so ground was super wet, so unfortunately I didn’t get to see much of the spacious property! “1890s Elegant mansion with great bones and almost completely restored. Pool would be big plus in summer and game room definitely a plus, though some equipment needed repair. Great location for our short family reunion of 6 adults and 3 tweens. Would worry about kids less than 10 or limited mobility folks as stairs quite tight or spirally and high. “We booked last minute on a road trip. We ended up getting an ADA accessible room which is wonderful that they have them available, we did not need that though and I don’t prefer walk/roll in showers. It would be very good for anyone needing those accommodations. Front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. Clean room. Beds and pillows not the comfiest but not bad either. Not in a super convenient location to the main expressway but we did choose it with little other options around and it was……
