AMAZING location, a few blocks away from the beach, right by Publix and major restaurants! Aquarium -style renovated Studio is located in the Palm Beach Condo Hotel (The address is 235 Sunrise Ave Palm Beach).
🏨24/7 front desk ( easy check-in process anytime of the day or night) 🏨Breakers hotel is 9 mins walk 🧖‍♀️Spa is located on Lobby floor, next to elevators.
🦮🐶🐱Pets are welcome 🐈🐩😸👍 BUT JUST LET ME KNOW if your pet is traveling too so I can prepare the unit better for your fluffy friend 👌 The unit is just a few blocks away Cuchina, Trevini, Meat Market, Sant Ambroeus, Royal Ponciana plaza, Echo, PB Catch, Public beach access is 2.5 blocks away. Enjoy world-famous shopping on Worth Avenue, only a 5-minute drive away (or 25 mins walk).

Perfect sport to call home while in Palm Beach!
Classic historic building with amazingly friendly staff! Walk to just about everything you want to see in Palm Beach but better yet rent a bike right from the kind and professional valets! The building is historic and so rooms are smaller than a newer hotel BUT the pool and patio area is great. The bed was comfy and had both firm and soft pillows to choose from. My husband and I loved it!

Great location - but needs improvement
This studio is in a darling old hotel in the perfect location. HOWEVER, the host did not have full sets of matching towels, no wash clothes at all, and the bedding was SO DINGY. I expected matching sheets and towels … but clearly that was too much to ask. There was also only one coffee mug, so we had to go out for coffee lol. If you don’t plan on being in the room much, this place is fine.

Clean, fresh, cute, comfortable
Everything felt new and well designed for a guest's needs. A great location for getting to my meeting the Breakers. Love being so close to Green's Pharmacy for an old time lunch counter experience and the grocery store for snacks. Hope to stay here again when work brings me back to the area.
