At 12:44 in the middle of the night, someone next to the room opened the door and played the stereo very loudly, singing, which seriously affected the rest. Therefore, the store should strengthen the monitoring and protection of the environment

I reserved a room at your Palm Springs resort this past Sunday for one night for the first time, and my experience was horrendous, I reserved a king bed room, when I entered the room after checkin it was a two double bed room, when I called the front desk and asked why I was given a different room? When I reserved a king bed room? I was told that I have been upgraded, I never asked to be upgraded, I wanted the room that was reserved and the conversation with the person at the front desk was combative, eventually I was moved to the initial room I reserved (8214) The issue with the room, the toilet was wobbly when sitting on it, the room was poor and run down.
I ordered a breakfast burrito on Monday May 27, 2024, the ingredients felt modified, it was absolutely disgusting, my dog wouldn't even eat it and so I returned.
To sum it up, this resort was one of the worst experiences I have ever had

Staff and service was great. But the cleanliness of the property was disappointing. There were stains on the carpet. Part of the floor board was falling apart in our room. No elevators. Pools were smaller than in the pictures. Overall stay would be 2-3 stars.

The location was amazing. While the rooms left something to be desired. The entire property was exactly as I would have expected for a Margaritaville Resort!

The Margaritaville shtick in general isn't something that we'd normally go for... but this place had caught our eye in past trips to Palm Springs due to the convenient location and cool looking pool scene, and we happened to catch a deal on this for Memorial Day and booked it on a whim. I wasn't sure what to expect.
Location is very convenient. We had a car, but it's easily walkable to Downtown Palm Springs / Palm Canyon area (1.5mi) if the weather is nice. Pools were awesome. Rooms were very clean and spacious, and the property was well kept and clean. All dining options (JWB, Cafe Monday, and pool bars) were very good. Patio area at JWB and Cafe Monday is super nice. All drinks and food were reasonably priced.
There weren't really any cons worth mentioning other than petty annoyances, though I'd say that for us the vibe was a little off from what we were hoping for. Not necessarily in a bad way. I think we were anticipating something more chill and relaxed, and instead found that we had unknowingly booked party central. (To be fair, they seem to do the whole 'party central' bit rather well.)
I'd definitely book again if I were going with friends and planned to spend most of the time partying and hanging out at the pool. I probably would not take my elderly mother back, or go there with kids, if I'm being honest.
All in all, though, I feel like we got a good value and this made for a decent base of operations for our long holiday weekend.
