“The stay here was great. It was a very clean condo and mostly comfortable. The only thing was that the bed could have been a little more soft, but that is my preference. Everything else was perfect. The host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions.”

“The manager had unbelievable communication. He has his phone with him constantly and responds immediately. It's a good walking neighborhood lots of sidewalks and pleasant surroundings. The condo itself is exceptionally clean. For the price in that neighborhood it is a very good value.”

“In town for a wedding and stayed here. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Bathroom was a bit small, but hey, it worked. Awesome stay and great host!!”

“Great unit! Spacious and clean. We were able to have the best family mini vacay sharing tons of laughs and memories. I believe it is family owned, which is a bonus for us. We even crossed paths with the grandmother who was very kind and accommodating. The only downside was that the neighborhood looked a bit rough in the harsh light of day. However, we only encountered polite neighbors and an adorable doggo next door.”

“Property was clean and spacious which was perfect for our family of 4. The neighbor was cute and we felt safe being there. Free street parking, though spaces were some times limited. Overall, we were happy with our stay.”

So easy to get around from this location. We could walk almost everywhere or take the train. I would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.”

“The condo was nice and helped us sleep 8 for a multi-day conference located at McCormick Place. The distance was walkable, and Uber can pick up right outside the door in the case of inclement weather. There was more than enough space for us and the kitchen was in great shape. Would book again! To note: the closest L-line station (Cermak-Chinatown) did not have a ticket kiosk during our stay- plan ahead!”

“Spent 4 nights around my nieces’ graduation. We had a wonderful time and the location is great. There were restaurants all around us and we even had time for massage (8 min walking away) and a hair cut (3 min. away). Near Whole Foods and much more. Would recommend highly.”

“Came in for the CCM World Invite hockey tournament which was spread across 3 arenas across the city. The property was a great location and easy access to those arenas. Our host was great. Very responsive and made our visit enjoyable.”

“Communication with host and easy. The location of the condo is great! Near solder field, the “el”, field museum, the lake. Great views of navy pier and the lake. The building is starting to show its age but the security and the doorman help make up for that. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I can not express how amazing it was to work with Jaye. I am a chicago resident who moved away from work and came back for graduation. While in town, there was an issue with getting into the apartment completely created by me. However, even in the middle of the night, Jaye was extremely responsive, very calm, and supportive and resolved the situation quickly. I can not express enough what a joy it was to work with her.”

“We had a great stay at the Guild #2. The hosts were great at communicating before and during our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. Love the location. Beds were v very comfortable and apartment is bright and welcoming.”

“I appreciated staying here for four days. It is a very spacious, secure property. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I had a parking spot available every day. It is also close enough to downtown. I was upgraded to the penthouse suite as a courtesy of the host. It was BEAUTIFUL, to say the least, with all of the amenities I needed. I wish there were dishes (pots, pans, ladles) for me to cook with or that I knew there weren't any so I could've brought my own. There were still enough eating……

“Work trip to Chicago. This is a neighborhood place, but you can walk to restaurants within 10 minutes and even supermarkets are not far. I stayed car-less, but DIVVY and CTA are close by. Upstairs loft is too low for a 5'11'' to stand, but that's a minor quibble. Just keep it in mind when you plan how many people can stay. This could be fine for two families, with kids sleeping in the loft.”

“I just wish that the valet parking wasn’t $75 a night! What a nightmare! Asides from that, it’s super clean and super easy to check in, and there’s an infinity pool!”

“It was perfect for my needs for the week! Great area, right across the street from a park! Within walking distance/delivery distance to several dining options! Walking distance to Rush (about 20 minutes) & had 2 bike stations within a 10 minute walk in 2 different directions! Downside was it was near a train station so it was loud when you were outside but I could barely hear it when in the apartment. Plus there was construction going on so that added to the noise. Everything in the apartment……
