A lot of things the dishes in my resort was put up dirty only 1 bathroom had a half roll of tissue in it the wash & dryer does not work right ugh

Terrible!!! This place is a joke! The condos are very old and smelly. They don’t clean well. The bed sheets have stains and hair on them. The bed sheet doesn’t even fit the mattress. The rooms are very expensive and you get only 2 toilet paper rolls for the entire stay! When we kindly asked to get more toilet paper, we were told to go to Walmart and get it ourselves. The sofa is completely destroyed. You can’t even sit on it, it is that terrible. We payed for ocean front view and there is absolutely no view on the ocean from the room.

We are sorry to hear you did not have an enjoyable stay. It does tell you in your confirmation when you book that this is a condo and we DO NOT replenish room amenities after the first supply. We do recommend our guests always read the confirmation and rules to the property before booking.

Overall great stay. It was bike week when we went so it got a little noisy. But overall 9 out of 10. Carpet and chairs were a little stained and couple of the closet doors were ajar

The property was okay
It’s started off shaky because our rooms was not ready but after that everything was great! The staff is friendly, it’s close to everything and the beach was just steps away! I would visit again

Would not even come look at how nasty the room was it took 2 hours to get moved to another room and multiple phone calls. I would never stay there again.

The Condo was terrible, there were stains on bedding, it was a 3rd world country apartment where the water would shut off and come back on. The Pool was terribly cold, like Northern Michigan Cold. The beach was off limits and there were so man people with no security. Police had to clear the beach 3 days that we were there. It was unsafe for my family. My Wife and Daughters thought this would have been safer than going to Mexico wow, were they wrong. Also, my car was hit! In the parking lot parked. The parking is terrible. Going up a one lane road all the way to the 11th floor in the parking garage and then having to back in so your car can fit in the parking spot was incredibly nerve racking.. Needless to say it was the worst vacation I have been on in a while...
