“We enjoyed our stay at the beach townhouse! The location was great! We walked to the grocery, CVS, souvenir shop, and more. The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that.”

“The house was a good size for our group of 10. While there are multiple complaints of a lack of amenities we did not experience this, the description of the home mentions only having a starter kit but we did not need anymore than that. We had 10 people for 3 nights. There were plenty of supplies for us. The reason for the 4 stars is that the home had quite a bit of damage inside. Nothing to ruin our experience but there is room for improvement. We did report all damages we found and got quick……

“This was the cutest house we have ever stayed in! It was truly was a great spot to stay. The house has a wrap around porch with swing. We loved relaxing on the porch just people watching. The house is very open with beautiful furnishings. We liked the access to restaurants, the beach and shopping. The shuttle was helpful and friendly. The pools were very nice too. I would return!”

“Everything clean and organiced ,close to the beach but remember that is a walk of at least 8 minutes to get to the beach.It would be perfect if you had a golf cart to get around .”

“We stayed at this property for Easter vacation. House is brand new, a lot more of space and everything that you need to make your stay great. We used bikes to ride along 30A highway to explore. From the neighborhood where house is located, you go straight to the beach. You need to cross the street, but it is very close. There is a parking next to the beach and restrooms as well. Walking distance you will have good restaurants and Publix is a few minutes away. I highly recommend this rental. I……

“Nice quiet neighborhood just outside of Rosemary Beach. Comfortable home for the 4 of us, but would easily accommodate more. A very nice walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this home for anyone!”

“The house was big and spacious and very close to the beach. We wanted a beach vacation so this was perfect. The house was great as far as running back and forth for food or beach toys for the kids. The beach is gorgeous too! Perfect waves and temperature. Clean too. The only thing I did not like is that the house is pretty separate. You had to use the front steps to go downstairs or the back steps. Not great with younger teens. The house did feel like it was in a safe area so I wasn’t……

“the property was great. loved being that close to the beach and not staying in a condo. both decks were nice and we liked the fact that you could store your beach stuff under the house. also the outside shower area and faucet were a plus to keep from bringing sand in with you. they fixed the shower head the morning after we got there. the only negative i will say is it gets hot upstairs while freezing down stairs, the floors needed to be mopped, and both back door knobs had a issue opening the……
