“第一晚入住發現鏡後同床邊有小曱甴出現，令我覺得房間不清潔，擔心曱甴隨時爬入行李或衣物😰好彩之後沒有再發現。”

“工作人員不多，但熱心友善。預訂了幾晚單人房，有升降機、煮食空間(2樓、3樓都不太大，未必有食物共享區)，尤其淋浴及洗手間十分整潔，亦有吹風機、暖氣及大毛巾提供，房內免費wifi穩定。 不鄰近火車站，在斜坡上，需另轉一程巴士到達，帶著大行李箱下坡要多留意。 附近有消防局，偶然會被吵醒。”

“False advertising. Rude staff. Beds with one small blanket in winter. Old building and freezing cold-no insulation. Bathroom tap didn't turn on. Booked for 3 nights, thinking it had a private bathroom as advertised. Upon check in found out no room had private bathroom. All shared. Refused to refund me any money. Even after showing them the advertisement online. Didn't stay and booked elsewhere. Only parking available is pay and display down the road that is more expensive than the room itself. ”

“Awful. No bath mat, soap, bin, glass/cup. Filthy lockers, poop in toilet. Holes in walls, filthy walls. Tv ripped off wall. One neighbour making disgusting noises, clearly very ill. Another screaming super offensive abuse. Nearly called police. Extremely upset. Felt very unsafe.”

“除了洗澡的時候沒地方可以放衣服，其他的設備在背包客棧真的不能要求太多，至少整體都很不錯”

“We booked this property because it was a handy location, unfortunately we had also booked it because it said we could have 3 separate beds and because I was booking it for 3 students that didn't really know each other it was appropriate they have their own beds. I have just been told they were only provided with a double and single bed. This has put me in a rather awkward position. They were not confident to ask for this to be changed.”

“Backpackers small building was crowded (taken over) by a bunch of thugs, having meetings inside. ”

“Lovely and helpful staff, comfortable beds. Felt surprisingly private. The shared spaces were spacious, comfortable and lovely. They have a “quiet” room which was highly appreciated. It felt new, fresh and cozy. The kitchen could get pretty messy but the staff tried their best to keep it clean. I felt like I got a lot of value for the money.”

“The design of the washroom is unsatisfactory. The shower curtain does not extend to the floor, and the washroom is very wet after shower. As the hotel does not make up room everyday, the washroom condition is quite untidy. ”
