We asked the front desk for a taxi to head to airport, the guy at front desk said it would be 10 minutes, we wait 30 minutes, asked again and he said again another 10 minutes, next thing you know it's been over an hour. We missed our flight and had to drive to a different airport that was 2 hours away. We paid $200 for the taxi to the airport plus $387 to get new tickets. IT was a nightmare. We stayed 4 days and our room was cleaned only once on the last day.

My sister and I stayed in this hotel in June 2024. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and most importantly was very walkable to metro stations, restaurants, and important Paris sites!
