“My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The location was good, 20 mins or less to Saranac, about 30 or so mins to Lake Placid mirror lake. The house was clean and kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Beds were comfortable, heating was more than adequate. The yard and lake access was fun. Snow was pretty much untouched and the kids loved sledding, playing with their trucks, walking on the frozen lake and trying to make their best snow angels. “This is a pretty special property. The views are incredible, the home is cozy and well-maintained, and the property is located just 5 minutes from downtown Tupper Lake and 25 minutes to Saranac Lake (we spent time in both)! I fished both full days we were there. I launched from the property with my fishing kayak one day. My wife used one of the provided kayaks one day. The second day I launched about 1.25 miles up the road at a DEC boat launch. We had a great time and I highly recommend.”

“Fantastic stay for a large group. We visited in February for a ski trip—close proximity to Whiteface Resort for skiing and nearby towns for groceries/restaurants. Fully stocked sleeping quarters, kitchen, and entertainment options. Sheri was communicative and reachable 24/7 (including a housekeeper who swung by onsite), sent us very detailed check-in and check-out instructions, and promptly addressed any questions or issues our group raised.
