"Tidy, cozy cottage. Hot tub a big plus, as is the firepit and shaded outdoor picnic table for outdoor meals. Even a cold mid-Spring stay was made lovely by the flowering trees. Near a road with infrequent but fast-moving cars, however cottage is set back from the road and is quiet. Proximity to Livingston Manor is great for good food and more."

"We were so lucky to get this property, it is only 7 miles from the Bethel venue where we saw Rod Stewart in concert. The house had everything we needed, the master bed was so comfortable & high up! The nearby park was well worth the visit. We were able to attend a pancake breakfast at the nearby fire station. We spent most of our time in the porch area, nicely furnished & plenty of Hummingbirds at the feeder. We saw the deers daily. Such a great get-away for 2 Florida girls!"

"A great place to stay for Belleayre for a small family or two couples. Shower is great and TVs in all rooms is a plus with Netflix and good Wi-Fi. Close to Margaretville town center and kitchen is pretty well stocked and clean. I would stay there again."

"We’ve stayed here twice now and would absolutely stay again. It’s a perfect cabin for our skiing getaway! The hot tub is great after skiing all day and the house had everything we needed for our stay. I especially loved that there were plenty of beds, a full bath on each floor, and comfy throw blankets. Staying here is so easy with our dog as well and we love any place that welcomes our pets as willingly as the owners here do. The house is full of charm, nicely decorated, and I would recommend...

There were some sort of birds caged in the neighbors yard behind that made VERY loud noises throughout the day/night. Also there was no propane for the grill but the kitchen was fully stocked so not an issue for us!"

"My girlfriend, and I had the best week of our entire year at this house. The area is phenomenal, the house itself is cozy and comfortable, and the lake is beautiful. We caught a whole bunch of bass right off the dock, took the boat out and caught some pickerel. what great fishing :). there was a very good vegan pizza place nearby for those who need vegan food., The geary family is wonderful. "Rented the house for a group of 9 (all adults over 21) and my dog to do some hiking at Minnewaska State Park and it didn't disappoint. There was plenty of room for everyone. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay."

"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."

"Charming house with a wonderful view. We got away from the city for a while and decompressed. Enjoyed the wonderful fireplace and spacious deck, early morning coffee with the sunrise. Enjoyed a full moon with a walk in the woods, something my wife and I have never done. Something we will always remember."
