Not a bad place, but dorms need some love.

There is only one key, if the door is locked the staff knock until you open it....even if its 3am (yes this happened) rather than having another key cut?? They also take late night guests so having someone turn up at 2/3/4am and turning the light on was also common. The entire room needs a deep clean, they do a reasonable job, but under the beds/fans etc it's very dusty

位置地段： Très proche de l'hyper centre de Patong et suffisamment éloigné pour éviter le bruit de Patong. Tout est a proximité à 10mn à pieds
En ré"servant cet hotel nous savions bien qu'il n'est pas le meilleur 3* de Patong mais on l'a choisi car il présentait un bon rapport qualité prix. Propre, pas excentré, Personnel professionel et acceuillant et très bon tarif. L'hotel nous servait de dortoir pour dormir et prendre uen douche

优点： the hotel were clean, and the security was so good, it felt safe after all to be in the hotel or to leave the personal stuff in the room.
缺点： I hope more customer service from the hotel workers MORE SMILING, and pictures that matches the reality in the hotel.
位置地段： the place was good, not fare away from the crowd or the beach, but still in calm place.
close to shops and food places.
The stuff were quite rude, there were 3 different girls working, just one was nice and smiling, the other two were so rude and angry all the time, I duno why? the safe box didn't work, and thy promised me to change the batteries of it, but nothing happened, so I couldn't use it at all, no TV or computer in the lobby, and the net is so bad in the lobby.

优点： It was a safe and friendly environment, clean and the location.
缺点： Even though the breakfast was delicious maybe more of a selection. Or buffet style. Matching linen and towels with hotel logo. Just the little things
位置地段： Beaches about 900m major shopping complex approx 900m. Most attractions within an easy taxi ride.
We had a very enjoyable stay, it was all about location for us being our first time to Phuket. The staff were amazing, helpful without being pushy. Rooms clean and safe environment. Easy walk to beach,shopping, restaurants. Enjoyed the freedom and relaxed atmosphere. Lovely breakfast every morning was an excellent start to our day, with the freedom of sitting longer in lounge to gather our thoughts for the day ahead. Or simply waiting for our tour driver to arrive. No pool or garden, but we were not there to swim or spend our time reading around a pool. We like to get out and about the friendly staff helped us to secure the best possible tours. Without the inflated prices.
