“We stayed for Memorial Day weekend and really liked this property. The grounds itself has plenty to do from tennis/pickleball, 2 hot tubs, 3 pools (one indoor), playgrounds, etc. It also has direct beach access and is walkable to a few shops, even to the boardwalk if you don't mind walking a bit. We walked to the circle in the morning to get coffee and a walk on the beach. The property does have some age and little things showed the age, but it was very clean. My only complaint is that the room……

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay and happy we could bring our fur baby with us. The host was great communicating the process. Loved the location close to the beach. Great for a weekend trip”

“When we arrived, there was maintenance crew working on the home so we could not enter originally, then we found out they were spraying the mold thats in the master bedroom closet. The maintenance crew was confused they thought we were coming the next day. The smell was absolutely disgusting and gave us a headache all weekend. The only thing decent about the play was the location, very close to the beach access point since it’s across the street. Location 8/10. House 1/10.”

“Very comfortable, cozy studio. Everything you would need for a weekend or week or more stay. Beautiful views from the second floor balcony and literally steps to the beach. Quiet and convenient to everything you could need or want. Perfect little get-a-way!”

“Overall the property was good with a great location. However, when we got there at 4 to check in, it was still being cleaned so we had to wait a few minutes. It was no big deal but we were told check in was at 4.”

“We knew it was on the third level but would hesitate to repeat the three flight walk up. If one plans to cook bring your own frying pans. The unit was convenient to the pool and ocean walkway. The top bunk is not suitable for very young children due to the low guardrail and steps were tricky to navigate. The unit was comfortable and fine for 2 nights.”

“We were a group of 5 adults. Nice property with lots of bedrooms and amenities. Right on beach and folks enjoyed the hot tub. A little too early and chilly for pool. Only drawback was we come down in 3 trucks, and parking is really only convenient for 2 vehicles. This neighborhood also has no on-street parking. So 2 vehicles is all this property can accommodate comfortably, which is unusual given the number of bedrooms and people it can accommodate.”

“Wow! I cannot say enough about the great time we had at this home! We were looking for a house that could accommodate a corporate retreat and host dinners for 40+ guests. We had 15 people stay at the house and hosted meals there. What a perfect spot! Communication was top-notch and they were so willing to work with me on the itinerary and allowing for our group meals. The house is absolutely magnificent! The owners have thought about every single detail and it shows! We have already reached out……

“The location, appointments, cleanliness and amenities were nice, but imagine the disappointment when -- based off the general description and main photo -- I learned this sweet little condo was not oceanfront. Okay, so it says "oceanfront complex," and I shouldn't have been naive. Nevertheless, my visit ended abruptly the second day due to an illness that required several hours in the Morehead City emergency room. A quick nap, and I was ready to head home before noon Wednesday. None of it was……
