“I enjoyed greatly the warm hospitality of the staff. Especially Latoya Jackson who treated my daughter and I kindly from the first day on arrival to the very last day. At breakfast and lunch she would seat us and check in frequently to ensure we were ok. “The included activities, dining and drinking options and quality, as well as free shuttles to area excursions are incredible. The resort staff make you feel welcome and encourage guests to participate in everything you can squeeze into your time at the resort. “A little tough to check in we had reserved two beds but none available, arrived evening. no help that night got a cot put in the room for the rest of the stay. except for the front desk people. everyone else was great. tips help ”
