“We just needed an overnight stay on our way to Buffalo, we got in late and left early but the place was just as stated and perfect for our needs.”

“Stayed for three days. All liked it. The house has everything for living. There is heating and air conditioning. On the balcony in the morning we drank coffee and listened to the birds singing. There are many of them here. There are beautiful parks with waterfalls nearby. Recommended.”

“My husband and I had a lovely stay here for our anniversary! The cottage was cute and cozy and perfect for what we needed. The host was incredibly accommodating and sweet, the room was clean and well kept, the location was beautiful, and overall an ideal place for us! We would happily go back and stay again!”

“The property was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. The one bathroom is set up so that the bath/shower is semiprivate from the toilet and sink, so that's a plus. Easy walk to downtown cafe or church, and easy drive to Rochester. Great value. Would stay again.”

“Overall we liked the house and the amenities of the kitchen. The back deck looked so inviting but unfortunately our weather didnot cooperate. The way the blow dryer was hung in the bathroom was not great and needs improvement. The strong incense in the living and bedroom was a little overpowering and I felt we were at grandma’s house. “We all enjoyed your location in Perry for our annual Memorial Day weekend to meet up with other family members. My family has gone to Letchworth State Park ever since I can remember on the Sunday before Memorial Day! Your Gate House place was everything we needed and more! Your basement area which was well equipped with fooseball, pool table, shuffleboard, games etc. was a big hit by all. The basketball area which was outside was a big hit as well! “First its hard to find property bcoz on expedia address mentioned wrong it should be 3767 maple grove but it mention 3767 walker road and shows something else property. After i looked message from owner after that easy to find property. I must says it well maintained property and comfortable i would definitely recommend to stay here. And Mr Owner refrigerator is leaking water need to fix. Thank you for your service.”
