The Sloan in Philly was perfect for our visit to UPenn. The location was perfect. It was a couple blocks to the campus and metro station. The hotel had everything we needed and more. Plus the app made communication very easy with the chat feature. I loved the security to get into the building as well.

Never responded to my request for pillow &. No towels for wholei 5 day stay in Philly. No texts or emails from Customer Assist. Loud stomp/ walk above me. Slippery shower & fell. Shower hAndle fell off so couldn’t turn off/ on. Temp kept changing on thermostat. No communication!
No towels I replace cupboard for entire stay. Hide a bed had springs with no padding

This was a great stay!!! The hotel was clean and stocked with all the essentials you could need!!! The bathroom was very clean, had enough towels and washcloths to last us the whole trip. The essentials closet downstairs is also such a smart idea!!! I liked the check in and check out being through the app because there was less stress because of it. The bed was comfy and so was the couch!!! We used the Roku everyday and I appreciated the thought that went into this hotel. Thank you to the staff because we had a wonderful trip and we had a nice place to be coming back to every night!

There was no parking, and the entrance looks like it’s in an alley. But we love the space and kitchen!

The apartment was lovely and well stocked. I love the keyless entry system that worked flawlessly. The only downside is the location on an alley with some interesting activity. Just be aware of your surroundings in the early morning or at night as you enter or exit.

The sidewalk pavement is broken. As soneone with mobility problems it was a bit dangerous.
Also, one opend the front door and your room door with a digital number. Sometimes you need to press the numbers several times to open them. Difficult if u r carrying bags or boxes.
