I was welcomed every time I entered the main door, was offered help with many little requests, and for me the location was great because I love walking. It was 30-40 minutes from central market (I walk a lot) or about 10 minutes or 2 dollars with local taxi. They helped organize a local taxi (tuk-tuk) for 25 a day, and I used a regular taxi for considerably more, but well worth the freedom as I went solo to Seam Reap with the luxury of freedom. "
