“The hotel was clean and chic! I liked the linens and the beds at Adero. They were comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed each meal at Cielo from breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also loved the staff at the SPA! They were welcoming and knowledgeable. The aestheticians who gave my daughters their facials were wonderful! I was not impressed with the lack of staff by the pool and the pool cafe. We could not get ice, food or drinks other than the Cielo bar and restaurant and we felt awkward ordering in pool……

“Beautiful hotel, very trendy , walkable to bars and restaurants. Valet parking is 40$ or free parking on street. Staff was friendly, beds are very comfortable. Bathroom mirrors have Bluetooth lol ”

“It wasn't ideal that we got a room that was sized to be ready but had the prior guests food/beverage at the front of the door in the floor. Might consider being sure that the room is truly ready to check in. Otherwise the staff was great along with the pools and the room was comfortable and clean. ”
