非常一般，下次不会考虑入住
发布日期：2019年8月6日 发布在：Hotels离乐园和动物园很近，有免费的接驳车。人很多，队伍很乱，指引的工作人员不够，也没有明确的标识，第一天去乐园，结果大巴直接开去离酒店更远的动物园，并且中间不停，司机也听不懂英语，平白无故浪费一小时在烈日炎炎下。比起芽庄的珍珠服务，差太多。

酒店員工的親切及主動問候及幫助。
酒店位置與市區真的較遠，如果只打算在酒店玩樂也是很全面的選擇。
只是房間的床單被套有污積比較失望。

A good and relax resort

缺点： It will be good/helpful if they can offer the pamphlets or sheets about all kind activities and service with their price list in the room.
位置地段： There is a night market which is about 30 mins away by taxi. There are some seafood restaurants, shops of soveniors (of snack and local decorations).
We were staying in the ocean view executive room. All including the room, the environment, the pool, the restaurant, the beach and SPA service were good and clean. We enjoyed very much there. The amusement park and water park are just 5 minutes away from the hotel. They were not crowded and we didn't have to wait for long time. Our kids had good times there.
Though the staffs were not very fluent in English, they were all very nice and friendly. We had good sense of relaxation for 3 nights there.

It's next to the beach but far from everything

优点： 1. very clean
2. The staffs are really nice to customer
3. The facilities are high professional
4. The service is really amazing
缺点： 1. Should provide free bus to the center for customer and set a timetable.
2. Restaurant should provide more different kinds of food.
位置地段： It's far from everything. There's the hotel amusement park to see and safari for kids. The beach and the pool will be the most amazing part to be at.
The staffs are really nice and polite. I am a traveler writing books and had the chance to stay at the hotel.Giving much challenge to scote the hotel. For 10 points I give it 7 points. There's nothing to complain when you get in the hotel. The lobby is very beautiful. The food in the hotel is really over prize to compare the expense you will spend in the center. The hotel is far from the city center (40 mins by taxi) and the hotel doesn't provide much transportation to the center. They asked you to take very expensive taxi to the center. However, no matter how many things we've requested, there's a staff named My Phuong assisted us as much as she can to satisfy the customer. One thing I found out which was taken another point was the bathrobe in the room weren't cleaned !!! I was surprised when I smelled the other customers sweat. This is really makes me surprised such a nice hotel which provided unwashed bathrobes. All in all the hotel wants you stay just in the hotel to spend your money. October is the raining season, but the weather could be good to visit too.

쉐라톤이 빈펄 멜리아보다 30배 좋습니다
发布日期：2024年2月14日 发布在：Hotels빈펄리조트멜리아보더 30배는 더 좋습니다. 툭툭이 빨리오고 늦은 체크아웃되고 이른 체크인되고 밥도 맛있고 한식도있고 멜리아 리조트는 변질됐어요 장사 잘된다고 베짱 장사합니다. 멜리아 리조트는 헤어드라이어도 없고 수건도 갯수가 부족해서 신청하고 세시간 기다렸습니다. 하지만 쉐라톤은 전화 주문 후 5분이내 방문하며 항상 밖에 다녀오면 정돈됐고, 로비 직원들도 너무 친절합니다. 음식도 맛있습니다

The staff was extraordinarily polite and professional. No major issues were experienced and all minor concerns were quickly and efficiently addressed.
