I booked this Hotel thru Expedia, I was speaking with the owner (Aussie guy) via internal emails to cancel my booking, some 4 months prior to my arrival in Patong. The hotel took 11500 THB for my booking stating that the new owner did not get my cancellation via emails with Moxi Hotel. I have a detailed email list with dates and times. Have emailed Expedia with complaint and fraudulent use of my now cancelled Visa card
