I would highly recommend. The setup was great for 2 adult couples and could have accommodated a couple kids if they were a little older in the loft.”

“This was the perfect place for a girls get away!!!! Just a short drive away from everything you needed!!!! Loved the nature of the lake!!!”

“The place was great. Four of my siblings, a nephew, and my father stayed for 2 nights to visit my terminally ill brother who lives in the area. The house is located near the center of town near restaurants. The spaciousness was helpful for private contemplation, yet the gathering rooms were great for getting together to share our experiences. The collection of items was a source of conversation in and of themselves.”

“The property is not waterfront, and I am not sure that it had access to the lake across the street, but the time of year kept that from being a problem. The area was pretty empty and quiet. The property had some work going on with some debris around. Inside had some work going on as well. No curtains would be a big problem had there been neighbors around, but since there weren't any, it worked out fine. The place hadn't been cleaned very well. There were dead flies on almost every windowsill.……

“We truly enjoyed our weekend at The Pine Tree. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and convenient. It was well appointed and provided all we needed to feel at home while away from home. We loved that our host stocked the kitchen with basic spices as well as coffee and tea. It was a quick and easy drive to SUNY Cortland. We hope to return to the Pine Tree in the near future.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in Cortland. We were there for our daughter’s graduation in May. The condo was perfect for our stay. It had plenty of accommodations for our family. It was also tastefully decorated and although I am not a skier, I could see how motivating the decor is during the ski season. There was also a great view of the slopes out of the back windows of the condo! The host was very helpful and Don responded promptly whenever I had a question. Although it wasn’t ski season, I was……
