The crib was a huge benefit...and the home being kid-friendly was a primary reason for choosing the house. “The outdoor deck is a great asset of this house. It is private and accommodates a large group. The house was clean with comfortable beds in the bedrooms, nice bathrooms, and a kitchen stocked with all that we needed. It comfortably sleeps 8 people with 4 full beds. The only downfall is that we didn't find the day bed and pullout couch to be comfortable so this is something to consider if you have to sleep more than 8 people. Otherwise, we enjoyed this home.”

Lovely wooded neighborhood, well appointed two story unit with stylish kitchen, large great room, and an outdoor area. Upstairs two rooms set up as bedrooms and one as an office. Convenient to airport and to stores. Property contact was very responsive and helpful. Success!”

“This house was perfect for the multiple family trip we stayed there for! The house was clean and exactly like the listing! Lots of space, my kids LOVED the bonus room upstairs to play games and hang out away from everyone. My only complaint would be that the grass hadn’t been cut in a while, but we didn’t spend anytime outside for it to hinder our stay. Overall great place for the price and close to all amenities.”

“this is a little over-the-garage efficiency apartment that had everything we needed for weekend activities in chapel hill! although it’s one room (+bathroom) it was large enough to not feel cramped. the neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to and overall it was exactly what we needed!”
