Beautiful upon entry, they’ve done an excellent job with the entry!
We booked through Expedia, arrived and the reservation department was closed. They asked to hold my passport because they couldn’t validate our reservation and wouldn’t charge my CC until reservations could show we paid in full the next day.
Instead of giving us the room we booked which was in front of the kids pool (we had a little, 8 yrs old) they put us in the fourth building totally away from the kids pool.
Rooms and grounds need to be updated. Dirty
Dishes, silverware, glasses need to be updated, dirty
Lobby restrooms- dirty
Little had a great time but the place is dirty

We just got back from 6 nights at Ocean Riviera Paradise. We had a great time! The pools were beautiful. The service was great and most people were very helpful and friendly. There was a tram that came by every 15 minutes, but the resort is very walkable. The entertainment was excellent with dance shows every nigh. The food was mostly good, but if we didn’t like something, we just ordered something else. We really enjoyed the Osso Bucco at the Italian restaurant. The beach has eroded, but we walked left of the beach restaurant and past the next resort to where the lifeguards are, and the beach was beautiful. It had a rocky entry for about 20 feet, but after that was great. We will definitely return.

Wasnt all inclusive when things as far as food and drinks needed to be paid for. Several of the staff were rude. Watch a couple stick there hands in the salt that the bartender was making drinks with and it was still being used to make other drinks
