Charming hotel, very well kept and amazing helpful staff. Lovely quiet beach front nearby with a few decent dining options there. Quiet chill place to relax, mostly an adult hotel overall it seems and with some nice live entertainment on weekends. Close enough to Coco beach for more dining options and beach stuff plus a very decent grocery store. Was great as a low key home base for this trip and very easy to and from the airport.

We enjoyed the grounds around the hotel, but facilities were limited and there was live entertainment every night that was very good, but it drew in people from other resorts making parking a problem coming back to the hotel at the end of our day and the restaurant was right under our window. Fortunately they ended the music between 9 and 10, but people were drinking and noisy till a bit later. The cost was pricey for what the facilities were. And the dinner menu was very pricey. All the staff were very nice and helpful. We were disappointed that there wasn’t the availability of coffee and tea in the reception area or restaurant from 6 am to 10 pm like most places we like to stay. It was available in our room, but when trying to get to an excursion really early it would have been nice to have it available in the common area since people were there setting tables and getting ready for the day. Also, electrical outlets were so minimal and they couldn’t hold the plug in place. There were only 2 outlets available in the bathroom. My husband couldn’t use his CPAP machine as there was no place to plug it in by the bed. The hotel was adequate, but for $200 a night it was less than expected.

This is not really a hotel. It is a large condominium complex where some of the units are rented out. When you stay, you are there with people who own their condos. There is a nice restaurant.

apartment backed onto a dirt road thus, the floor, etc. was filthy and had t be wiped down several times a day. also the balcony over looked the road making it unusable the furniture on it was filthy. There'll was no effort by the hotel to even volunteer cleaning though certainly there was nothing new about the circumstances. For more than $200 per night I was very disappointed
