“We met great couples. New friends for life! The food was good. I didn’t like we waited for towels for over a half hour at the indoor pool. I made 2 calls to guest services and spoke to someone directly and never received towels. We ended up getting to breakfast at 10:20, and the hostest was not very pleasant. She was like well breakfast is over. We explained what happened and only after asking for manger, which she stated was not available, then me asking for corporate’s number did she seat us.……

“The hotel is dated, but the cost is reasonable. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast is decent. The shower plug clogs very easily, so that was a negative for th stay. The air conditioning unit is very dayed as well.”

Just a lovely setting with a helpful staff and nice accommodations. Would recommend for a weekend away. Lake Wallenpaupack is close by for hiking, water sports or just relaxing. ”
