“We stayed one night at Place by the Sea and it was more than adequate. Our mobile home was large and clean, the service was stellar, and the view from the back was quiet and relaxing! Fernando was so nice and recommend an amazing restaurant close by called el Rancho Playero!”

“Last house at the top of the hill ! Great view. the layout of the house was different from anywhere we have stayed but it really grew on all of us. We enjoyed the pool and outside dining.”

“La ubicación es excelente para quien intereza conocr el centro histórico de Ponce, esta en un primer piso y no hay que subir escaleras. Los techos son altos. El apartamente cuenta con dos habitaciones con aire acondicionado, cada una tiene una cama queen, pero en la sala donde esta el sofa cama no hay aire acondicionado. Deben aclarar eso en la información que se provee para el apartamento.”

“Great location, great communication and well explained instructions! The property is very small, you can’t tell how small from the pictures and keep in mind it is an old building.”

“The apartment was an affordable place to stay, and the other tenants were friendly and helpful. The bed could have been more comfortable, but the only major complaint was the fighting dogs at the house behind the building. They barked and yelped and snarled all day and night. This was not the fault of the owner of this property, though. Just made it very difficult to sleep during our stay. I mesaged the owner and have not yet received a response.”
