“The staff was very professional, pleasant and helpful. The property was beautiful and quiet. I enjoyed the food. The overall experience was amazing and i would stay again. All the staff were amazing from the reception staff, waiter, waitress, cleaning lady and ground staff. We didn't like that no fridge in the room. ”

“Hotel manager would not allow me to chrck out, claiming i havent paid. Despite showing them the receipt and confirmation email the manager was still insisting we havent paid and even threatened the front desk receptionist saying if she allowed me to leave he'd take the money from her salary. Was not until i threatened legal action was i allowed to leave”

“It is a good hotel,my forth time,but the check in is hard ,I had waited for more than 3 hours to wait for a room.”

“the room had bugs and cobweb, the bathroom was not cleaned and prep for our arrival. it appears that there was construction done to the room prior to our arrival and no one clean up after they were done. there was no food and water on the property we had to walked downhill for i mile and hike back up the hill with water for drinking. the food that was served on the first night was staled and awful. therefore, we checkout early.”

“Heaven Villa lived up to its name, with one of the best ocean views on the island from the infinity pool and the entire back of the place. We enjoyed ourselves to the fullest at Heaven, including spectacular authentic Jamaican meals prepared by the chef for breakfast and dinner, which we enjoyed as a group. The entire staff were topnotch, especially Marjorie who managed the operation and accommodated our every request. We all love her and will forever appreciate her lovely personality and……

“We stayed at the Villa for our wedding in Port Antonio. Centrally located to the town centre. Very secluded and quiet with plenty of space so unlike a hotel you do not feel enclosed.”
