“(+)The hotel is about 200m away from central bus/train station, right next to the old town. A big shopping mall is in the opposite side as well. The room offers minibar with extra charge, free shampoo gel, hand soap, body milk hair gel and water boiler. However there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. The mattress is comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The staff was friendly and kind. (-)The breakfast is good but it keeps same almost everyday. The sound insulation is pretty bad at least for……

“Loved the Hotel Basilica. Fabulous location. Very walkable to everything in Palma. Rooftop pool is great albeit not many spots to sit. The best part was the amazing staff. So friendly and helpful. ”

“This place was breathtaking. The staff were really friendly, location is close to the beach, The hotel looks very modern and rooms are nice. Beds were comfy, Breakfast and dinner really nice. They were very flexible with our schedule and willing to give us breakfast earlier than it was normally. We were quite moved by this so if I ever visit near places again I will surely use this hotel again.”

“This is an excellent hotel for anyone visiting Palma, but particularly for those who like the art work of Joan Miro. His paintings are reflected in various ways throughout the hotel but also nearby are 1) the Miro Foundation, where you can see not only multiple artworks by Miro, but also his studios, which are fascinating; and 2) the Marivant Palace Gardens, where there are 12 Miro sculptures well situated at different points around the beautiful, peaceful gardens. “Absolutely awful that there is only ONE LIFT. We were always queuing. This hotel has 9 floors. And conference facilities. It was a farce. Breakfast was very good and staff all friendly and helpful. The restaurant was more of a cafe than restaurant , and the menu of the day only applies at lunchtime, so a bit of a shame. The room was fine but a ‘city view’ It wasn’t. Our room had frosted glass in the windows to shield us from the view of the back of neighbouring apartments and their washing.……

“Ett helt ok hotell och mycket centralt i Palma, men lite överdrivet kalla det "boutique-hotell" och premium-rum. Hade ett ganska trångt smalt/avlångt rum, väldigt lite bordsyta att ställa ifrån sig grejer och badrummet väldigt litet. Tänk om det kunde finnas krokar att hänga ifrån sig saker på... (gäller allmänt alla hotell). En kran för varmt vatten och en kran för kallt vatten (fortfarande!) gör att det rinner onödigt mycket vatten innan man hittar rätt läge - inte hållbart i längden. Trevlig……

“We enjoyed our stay here for one week. It was nice to have other dining options nearby and the local restaurants and small cafes that offer healthy food options amongst others, are definitely worth the visit, as the food was superb as well as the hospitality. The hotel is quiet and ideal for relaxing and reading a book. Avoid Magaluf if you value your time when away! The staff are very friendly and David at the front of house was more than helpful and willing to give advice on the area.……

“Fabulous stay. Everything from the welcome to the rooms and the food, was simply excellent. A haven of peace but near all the main sights. Recommended!”

“5 stars all around!! We were warmly welcomed at check in with a glass of champagne and very friendly service!! Huge shout out to the Kristal restaurant they have inside the hotel as well. We had a three course meal of the beef tenderloin and a sushi platter and Mochi for dessert paired with fresh fruit and the chef even brought us out his own creation of another seafood sashimi! The chef came out twice to greet us and ensure we were having a great meal which it was, the best meal I’ve ever had……

“Al het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Ze leggen alles netjes uit en denken met je mee. Wij hadden alleen bed en breakfast geboekt, maar we konden ook dineren in het hotel. All you can eat voor maar € 18,- pp en je drinken daar bovenop. Uitgebreid buffet met veel keus voor elke wens.”
