“We all enjoyed your location in Perry for our annual Memorial Day weekend to meet up with other family members. My family has gone to Letchworth State Park ever since I can remember on the Sunday before Memorial Day! Your Gate House place was everything we needed and more! Your basement area which was well equipped with fooseball, pool table, shuffleboard, games etc. was a big hit by all. The basketball area which was outside was a big hit as well! Our dog was so happy to swim in the pond! The……

“First its hard to find property bcoz on expedia address mentioned wrong it should be 3767 maple grove but it mention 3767 walker road and shows something else property. After i looked message from owner after that easy to find property. I must says it well maintained property and comfortable i would definitely recommend to stay here. And Mr Owner refrigerator is leaking water need to fix. Thank you for your service.”

“We found this property while looking for a place to stay during our visit to letchworth state park. The location was perfect granting easy access to the park. The property itself was unique, luxurious, and ideal for rest and play. My two boys loved playing with the barn animals. My wife and I enjoyed cooking in the finely appointed chef's kitchen. We all enjoyed relaxing in the spacious living area and enjoying the wonderful views of letchworth State Park. Check in and check out was a breeze.……

“This place was gorgeous. The animals were a nice addition. I loved visiting in the barn and meeting the Quaker parrot especially. So cool that you can pick a few vegetables from the various gardens if you like. Only thing I would add is one more tv and maybe make the master bedroom door a bit more easy to open and close.and maybe a bit more privacy in the Master bath. Overall a unique and gorgeous place.”

“We stayed here mostly to see the eclipse. Unfortunately Mother Nature did not cooperate. Property is well maintained and has all the basic needs. Pool, sauna, hot tub and jacuzzis were appreciated after days spent at Niagara Falls and Letchworth park. House layout is a little quirky, but no big deal. Trail ride at the horse farm was very enjoyable.”

“We loved our stay at this rental. We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. Was just a little to small for 2 people.”

The fact that it’s so spacious is perfect, you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other. Great kitchen! Very thoughtful Coffee Bar. And the beds are really comfortable. “This was a great place with plenty of room. The amenities were excellent. We really enjoyed the coffee bar and the shower experience! We didn't even have time to use the hot tub or outdoor spaces that are thoughtfully set up. There were options for kids, the theater room was super cute, and we comfortably prepared and served dinner for our large family. Our only regret is not finding this excellent value, just 20 minutes from Houghton College, sooner!”
