Restroom in room was not cleaned after we had requested it be cleaned; had to ask a second time. Then, on last day, breakfast was supposed to open at 6:30 am. By 6:40 am, still had not opened. We asked front desk what was going on. They checked and said they had been unaware attendant did not report in to work. At 7:10 am they put a sign up saying “closed today.” That was unacceptable they didn’t know their own staff wasn’t there; instead, guests had to tell them. No contingency plan. Unacceptable for the Marriott brand! We had prepaid for breakfast. It took nearly half an hour for them to process the refund. Won’t recommend and won’t be returning.
